The safety and health of our employees is our number one priority. We believe that ALL accidents are preventable. Tools that we utilize toward this goal include:

Competent Worker Program:

Identifies new employees to a site, provides site specific orientation, and ensures that the employee is both qualified, and equipped to perform the assigned task.

Drug Testing Program:

Pre-employment, random, and post-accident testing, as well as federal requirements related to F&W's CDL program. Our program is managed by Fairweather LLC.


Documented project specific plan to identify and deal with chemical and physical agents encountered on the work site.

Job Hazard Analysis:

Documented project readiness plans prior to mobilization and execution of hazardous tasks.

Environmental Program:

Site plans, project specific environmental plans, and SWPPP plans to ensure government agency and client compliance.

HSE Audit Program:

Regular third party and management audits to provide the latest safety information to our employees and verify compliance with company, client, and government agency safety, health, and environmental regulations.
